    Why is my account suspended?

    Upon review of your account it was found form:

    http://www.jotform.us/form/73050733384151 to be collecting email and passwords which is not allowed by the Terms of Use.


    Gathering this type of data in plain text fields will violate our Terms of use, as this is only allowed through encryption along database administration; and our forms do not provide this type of method.


    Your form was cleansed and your account reactivated in order for you to be able to continue developing your forms.
