Why my form is not showing in web page?

    I checked both of your links, the second one is not valid since it is not opening at all.

    The first is opening and showing the form just fine:

    And I tested your form in multiple Browsers.

    Could you please double check your URL in multiple Browsers and if it is possible on another Internet connection (4G from your phone would work as well).

    I tried with two different IPhones and all other browsers. Also, I have been receiving calls from customers who was not been able to access the forms.

    We'll handle your issue in this thread, I closed the other two since they are duplicates and we tend to open one thread per issue so we avoid any possible confusion.

    If the forms are not showing in Switzerland only, the issue could be related to Internet service provider. 

    Could you please let us know who is the Internet service provider so we can try to investigate further?

    I think they are right. it actually only affects Swiss customers.

    The provider here is:

    swisscom.ch

    Please contact the Internet Service Provider and request them to add JotForm's IP addresses to their whitelist. You can find the list of IP Addresses and domain names on this link: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
