Why aren't fields in my form updating on my site?

Asked by themomwrites on September 12, 2012 at 07:20 AM

I'd recently created a form on my site for Gift guide submissions, however, when I make changes to the form in Jotform and then, embed the updated form on my site, the updates aren't showing up. I have a Wordpress, self-hosted site and when I made the updates last, they happened automatically. But this time, the changes aren't showing up. I added a few new 'categories' to the form but the form doesn't reflect those categories. however, I can see them when I come to Jotform to edit the form..

The form is embedded here http://www.themomwrites.com/2012/08/holiday-gift-guide-submissions.html

    Please help.

Please change your form embed code to this:

    <script type="text/javascript" src="//www.jotform.me/jsform/22360938170452"></script>

We have delay problems with some of our domains and hopefully this will be resolved sooner or later.

    Apologies for the inconveniences caused.
