I have checked your account and I have seen you have 150 forms and you are under silver account. Kindly do not based on our new pricing Silver account is now limited to 100 forms hence the reason you are not able to create new forms.
Kindly also note that since you already subscribed to this account before the price change, your old forms will not not be deleted but you will not be able to create new forms unless you delete or archive the current forms.
