My client fills and submit the form but I am not getting the notification

I have had clients get the link I send them, fill out the form and hit submit. I am not getting notification of this nor is it showing up in my dashboard.

You have zero submissions in the form. There are cases that people don't get the notifications, but the submissions should still appear in the form. You have nothing on the submissions page, so perhaps, your form users fail to submit the form. 

Please ask your clients if they see the thank you message after submitting the form.
