I'm working on a form started by a colleague. The form was created with the My Account/Settings/Form Layout set for One Question per page.
Since this is in settings it looks like I don't have the option to select all/one on each form I create, it's a universal choice. If not true, please advise how to change a given form.
So I changed the Account/Settings to all on one page but it did not change the appearance of the form.
How do I change this?

Only selected user has an option to switch form layout as of this moment. If you want we can make a request to activate the form layout option to your account.
Please confirm so we can proceed to escalate this thread to our developers.

I'm not sure I understand. There is only one "user" for any form created w my account. Though the form was started by a colleague we are using the same login.
In the end, if I can request the ability "to activate the form layout option to (my) account" I would like that. Where can I learn about what that specifically means? Thanks.

Upon checking your account, it seems you have already the option to change the form layout to either "All question in single Page" or "Single Question in one page" .
Take note that if you change your form layout in your account settings. The layout selected will only be applied to newly created forms, existing ones need to be changed manually by going to your form settings.
Here is an example.

Thanks for your answers. There are a lot of places where some bit of additional info or detail would be SO helpful.
Please - in the My Account/Settings/Form Layout option for One page or All On Page: add text:
"This is the default setting for any new forms created.
Change Layout for existing Forms in the form's Settings/Form Settings/Show more options."
I didn't see any support documents for the Account Settings at all...
