Apologies for the confusion, but I'm not sure if I'm understanding correctly your problem.
Is this related to the forms you have created on your account?
If so, I can see you have not added fields nor received submissions yet, please check this chapter from our guides that will help you creating your forms: https://www.jotform.com/help/chapter-2-Create+Forms
Is this related to a form that you have submitted and you want to access?
If so, then please note that we cannot share information from other user, you will need to contact the forms owner in order to have details about your submission.
May be too that you're getting the error while trying to edit the form using the builder (although I have checked this and it works on my end), please let us know if this is the case.
