PDF not the same with my form design

PDF not the same with my form design

Can you please be more specific? What exactly is the question?

When I convert my form to a PDF the page break is NOT where it is on the online form.
I’ve inserted a break and would like that break to break on the PDF too.
I have info on page 3 that I need to all be on one page together.
