Jotform is still advertising at the thank you screen even though we paid for no branding. Why is this?

To remove the JotForm Branding, please disable it in the Account Settings page of your JotForm account.
Here's a guide:
1. Log in to your account.
2. Open this link: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings
3. Disable the JotForm Branding.
