How can I register names and emails of people into a group?

The thing is, I want to ask the name and number of people of a group, and based on that number, they can register all the members with the data of each, like if my group's name is "VR" and has 3 members, I can register all 3 names, emails and phones, under the same group name.

Is there a way to do this?
