I am not even close to my free 100 sumbissions? why is my account being disabled???

    Hi Ron,

    Apologize for the inconvenience that may have caused. This past days our development team migrated our database to a more powerful server cloud and this caused a data replication problem between our servers, so some of the counts were increased incorrectly, even though the submissions are correct. Since your account is one of those affected, I will now re-activate your account and resets submission quota.
