From submissions I have got everyones' ID and e-mail. (The ID I got *is* the sid, isn't it?) Not I want to send an e-mail to people with their own edit link using their sid and ask them to update their info.

I have finally got the correct URL which works for my form but does not populate the page with my previous info.

    Form ID is 21171327242342

My record ID (presumably the sid)  is 205467123591396000

    I am using the URL

    http://www.jotformeu.com/form.php?formID=21171327242342& sid=205467123591396000&mode=edit

I only get a blank form.

Hi, please refer to this guide that will help you configure your forms properly to save the data so that your customers can return to it later to finish it: http://www.jotform.com/help/97-How-to-Save-Forms-to-Continue-Later.

Also i'm not seeing where recorded sid 205467123591396000 is located, it appears to have been deleted by you.

If you need more help please let us know so that we can assist you further.

Hi, I want to clearly understand whether what I see when I look at the
submissions of my form under the field with name ID, is really your
    sid in the link.
I can view the ID of all records (182 present in the form).
205467123591396000 is just one of them.
The URL you gave for me to check out is interesting but does not
    really answer my problem.
I am enclosing the Excel sheet where I have downloaded the submission
ID's. You could check out my query with any of the ID's there.
    Many thanks,

The ID found in the form's submissions page is different from the sid value that is generated by a proper edit link tag {edit_link} or the {id} tag.

We aren't exactly sure if this is deliberate, or if it is simply a bug. The said issue has already been escalated to our development team, but we have not heard from them yet.

In the meantime, I suggest that you add the edit link tag to your notifications and/or autoresponders, so you and your users can have a way to edit new submisisons.

I will try to find a way for your users to edit existing submissions. I'll let you know the results. Thanks!
