I had been set up just fine with a Private Key, and now it's apparently gone.  I'm trying to view submissions for three ecommerce forms, and am unable to.  I think I remember generating the Private Key from Paypal, but I don't remember the details.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks so much!

Please note that when you enable encryption in your form, encryption key file is downloaded. This encryption key is required in order to view submission you receive in form. The key file is downloaded in "Downloads" folder of your computer. If you have not deleted the file from your computer, it should still be there in downloads folder. I would suggest you to please take a look at the following guide on how to locate the downloaded key file:  https://www.jotform.com/help/344-Encrypted-Forms-and-How-to-Use-Them#Where-Can-I-Find-the-Private-Key-After-Downloading-It

Please note that we do not save encryption key on our server. If you have lost the encryption key, unfortunately is it not possible to recover your encrypted submission data. I would suggest you to immediately disable encryption in your form to ensure that the new submissions you receive are not encrypted.
