every 3rd field i alter, the system appears to kick me out and go back to the login page.

I cloned your form and made several tests on my account, but I was not able to replicate mentioned issue when I added new fields and edited the existing fields. All changes were properly saved and the system did not kick me out.
Please try to edit your form again. You can also try to use some other browser.
If the issue still persists, please tell us which field were you editing or adding when the issue occurred.

can i also move this out of anthony's queue and into mine or into folders associated with the work?

Have tried again? Which device and browser are you using? Also, are you working on the form that you created or on the forms that are shared with your account? Please provide us the form ID.
I am not sure if I understood your other question.Do you want to move the form that is shared with you to your account? We can do that but the that request must be made from the account on which the form was created. For more details, please check the option 1 of this guide:

a phone would make this easier - i have an account and a subaccount for staff. i want it to be in my account - the form. your application doesn't allow forms or duplicate forms to move.
as for the other i use chrome and yours is the only site that pops me out in the middle of an action. very frustrating

Unfortunately we do not have phone support yet.
Only Jotform staffs can move your form from one account to another, but you can clone the form from another account using this guide https://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL
If you would like to move Anthony's form into your account, kindly create another thread using Anthony's account requesting the form to get transferred.

This might be a browser issue since I also cannot replicate the issue you are having.
Have you tried using a different web browser aside from google chrome such as Firefox?
