cannot set up new sender email

    attempting to set up sender email to use our own SMTP server but add a new email will not work when clicking on it. we have a free account

    I checked from my free account and was able to add new SMTP addresses from the email notification settings menu:

    It is also possible to add sender email from the account settings page if for some reason the in form settings are not working:
