Take Photo widget: Missing photos in form submissions

    I created a report recently in Jotform and over half of the images have not attached to the file. Is there any way to retrieve these?

    I cloned your form and tested it. I was unable to reproduce the problem:

    However, I checked your account and could see the missing images.

    So I have escalated the issue to Level 2 support.

    Do you think it will be possible to recover the images? 

    We will have to retake them if not. The customer is being a right dick about this.

    Unfortunately, if the image was not uploaded successfully, it means that the image is not on our server. This also means that we cannot recover the images.

    My colleague Aubrey already escalated this to our developers so that they can take a look at it.
