How can I fix Trello integration

    I have integration setup to Trello to create a card on a new form submission and it does not seem to be doing that.  Am i missing something?

    Seems correct, It doesn't create new card in your trello account?

    I have cloned your form and integrated it on my Trello account and it seemed to be working fine.
