Why is the confirmation email not sending to the users?

    Form: Health Evaluation

    Issue: The user is not receiving the autoresponder email

    2nd issue: When the notification email is sent, the person's name should be in the subject line, but it's blank.


    Can you pls check these emails and let me know how to fix. Thx.

    I have checked your JotForm and see that the form encryption is enabled. Please be noted that the Autoresponders are disabled for the form that is enabled with form encryption. This is due the form data is encrypted and can be decrypted only by using the private key that is available to you. Please refer to the guide below that can help you with more information about Encrypted forms.

    For the notification issue, the sender name can be changed from the email notification settings.
