I've used JotForms WordPress plugin for seamless integration of jotForm to my pages. As in, for instance, here: https://www.grendel.no/big-5-profilanalyse-hvem-er-du/.
The user experience is very varied. Some users can't scroll the web page. For others, it works fine.
Is this a common experience with this plugin? Or might there be something about the them I use that clashes?
Any and all feedback welcome.

Thank you for contacting us. Would you likely know the browser that had issues for these particular users?
It would be appreciated if we could get a snapshot/screenshot of the issue if this happens for further analysis.
Also kindly share the version of WordPress you are using.
I would also recommend you re-embed your form again by removing the plugin and adding it again to your website.
Below is a link on how to add your form to WordPress: https://www.jotform.com/help/4-Adding-Forms-to-Wordpress-org-Version
Kindly do let us know if the above information is helpful.
