The form has a question (highlighted below) called
I am... *
Recommending the property as a guest Applying on behalf of the propertyThis question is not showing for some users (using Mozilla). It is a required field which means they cannot submit the form. All the other fields are showing fine. It is not a conditional field (only SHOW if xxx). I cannot replicate the problem on my Mozilla browser. -

I opened the form URL (http://form.jotformeu.com/form/32873408085358) you provided and I was not able to replicate the issue. I can see the "I am" field using Mozilla Firefox internet browser. Here's a screenshot:
Please check the #4 condition. Is that correct? The "I am" fields will be hidden if the Email contains "i-escapate.com" text.
If the issue still persists, please let us know. Thank you.

Thank you John.
The #4 condition is not the cause of the problem because in the screenshot above (with the yellow strip running across the top) you can see that the email does not contain "i-escape.com".
I cannot replicate the problem either, so I guess it will remain a mystery :-)

Hello @michaelcullen - The "I am" field is displaying properly on your form. The only time it won't be displayed is if the "Your email" field contains "i-escape.com"
Was there ever an instance where the "I am" field is not visible even if the "Your email" field doesn't contain "i-escape.com"? If possible, can you test from your end and see if your form behaves the same way it does on the short animation above?
So far, I can't reproduce this as well and the "I am" field is always visible on your form unless I type in "i-escape.com" on the "Your email" field.

Thanks. No there was never an instance where the "I am" field was invisible, other than when the email address contains "i-escape". Yes I am seeing the same as in your animation above. But I never saw the problem in the first place. It was one of our applicants from Croatia, and I am reluctant to bother her again. Thanks again for your investigation.

I totally understand - If you manage to reproduce it yourself or by someone else in the future, don't hesitate to let us know and we'll be happy to have another look. Have a good one! 😊
