Can I integrate Jotform with Salesforce sandbox?

I am looking to integrate Jotform with our Salesforce sandbox but it doesn't seem to work.  I have used my login details for the sandbox but it won't work.  Is there an issue or am I doing something wrong?  Thanks

If I'm understanding your concern correctly, you have already created a Salesforce Sandbox — 

If so, please use your Sandbox account in Salesforce when integrating your form and the Sandbox option is enabled.

Other than using your Sandbox account, you can also create a Developers account with Salesforce to test the integration — https://developer.salesforce.com/signup. This should work even if the Sandbox option is disabled.
