I have authorization forms that I want people to be able to submit, but only want to give certain people access to these forms. Information is sensitive and authority is tightly controlled, so a generic form website that anyone can reach will not work. I am wondering if we can accomplish.
I am the administrator of our jotform account, and would like to set up a form that has user names and passwords that is maintained in jotform. That way when someone quits or is not longer authorized to use the form, I can maintain who has access to "get into the form for submissions".....
Can we do this?

Hello,
You cannot do that directly by a field or widget in JotForm. But there are two alternative ways to do this. One is using JotForm functionalities ( Conditions ), other one is to embed JotForm to another website which has a user login before showing JotForm.
I've prepared an example form that has a condition.
When username is equal to 'onur' questions will be shown. You can test it here: https://www.jotform.com/73114005323945
You can clone that form to build your own.
Hope that helps you,
Regards.
