i have been working on a form for our office for the past few weeks. normally i would find jotforms in our favorites and click on it and when it opened up there would be the form i was working on. today i did the same thing only it didnt open up my acct or show my forms. so i clicked on sign in and i entered my email addy and password and it said it wasnt found. so i clicked on forgot password and entered my email address that i have received documents from before when i clicked 'submit' tab at the end of our form we were creating and it emailed me the form to my email@example.com acct. please help me find our form and my acct info. thank you in advance for your time and efforts,
