I've been trying to get form submissions sent to multiple emails with ZERO luck. I've changed the email multiple times but it still sends to my account email. Please advise.

You will simply need to separate email addresses with a comma. For more information: https://www.jotform.com/help/39-Send-Form-Emails-to-Multiple-Recipients
By the way, the Test Email function will send only to the email address associated to your account. You will have to do a live submission on your form to see if the notifications are received on the newly added recipient addresses.
