I have an event coming up and I created a volunteer request form using jotform. I have hundreds of volunteers to coordinate and have been losing volunteers as they can't get the form to submit. It submits fine for me but doesn't submit for anyone else. I cleared the cache yesterday but am still getting reports today that the form isn't working. People say that it just spins when they try to submit.
I really need help quickly as my event is in a few weeks and I'm panicking a bit about getting enough people.
Edit - I was able to duplicate using a browser that I haven't ever used before. I can submit on browsers I've submitted forms on but people who haven't ever used JotForms can't submit on my form. FYI.. I used the appointment slots widget but just have name/email/phone number inputs and a simple drop down.

Apologies for the inconveniences this may have caused to you.
I have been checking your form and it seems to be working on my end:
I used Chrome the latest version, please feel free to delete my testing submission to get the slot available again.
Which browser were you using when you replicated the issue?
Also, make sure that there is not any add-on/plugin installed that may cause the problem.

I have now been able to duplicate on chrome, IE and Edge. Please do a few things:
1) clear your cache
2) choose something from the "Sunday" time, preferably in the 2-4 or 4-6 time slot and leave the section expanded when you submit
I've seen it not submit now across all of my browsers. I support our technology tools for a living and I know it's broken. I hate to be a jerk but I'm getting a bit tired of the "it works for me" responses. There is an issue. I would LOVE to get on a skype call and show you - let me know.

Sounds like someone validated on your side that there is an issue.

I could not replicate the issue on a cloned form of yours, I left only one widget field and cleared my forms cache as well as browser's cache, but the form still works as expected: https://form.jotform.com/73116051152948
However, I replicated the issue on your form following the steps you provided. Here is the error on the web console:
I have tried clearing your forms cache and updating the widget, but the issue was still there so I will open a ticket for this so our developers can have a look on it.
