I cannot change the email alert's recipient address

Asked by havenofhope on September 12, 2012 at 01:58 PM

I have tried numerous times to add an email for the alert for submissions.  I read the instructions but for some reason the form questions are showing up where I shoulc be able to add the recipient and reply parts.  It will not let me add anything to those fields.

Also when I change the email that is in the lower right corner, it looks like it is changed and then when I send a test it just goes to the email that is set up on the account and not the one I am trying to change it to.

It is not the form on the webpage that is not working . . . it is the Alert to new email that is not saving.

    Thanks.

    Glo

You will simply need to add email addresses in the Recipient Email section and separate them with a comma. For more information: https://www.jotform.com/help/39-Send-Form-Emails-to-Multiple-Recipients

By the way, the Test Email function will send only to the email address associated to your account. You will have to do a live submission on your form to see if the notifications are received on the newly added recipient addresses.

The Reply-To Email option in your screenshot isn't where the recipient address is added. For more information on reply-to addresses, please follow the link below:
