I can't get form to calculate properly

I cloned an old form and I'm sure updates have been done.  I don't understand why the calculations on the page 3 (Totals for each day then final total of all totals) will not calculate properly.  Please help.

If the results are wrong, you need to revise each formula you have setup in the condition. Let us know if you need more help.
