How to make my form invisible?

Hello, I was wondering if there is a way for a jotform to only appear on the backend so that information is still collected through auto populate but the user does not see the form?

You could do that by manipulating with color, you could, for example, make your form transparent.

Now, I'm not sure how you imagined the workflow, but the form has to be submitted in order for you to receive the data.

    For example:

We could certainly help you with that, just give us more information about what would you like to do and in which form.

    Thank you!

What I would like is to have a user click on a button (for example: to tell whether they will participate in an event, Yes or No). Once the user clicks on the "No" button it will lead them to an invisible jot form with a message for those who are not participating but I still want to retrieve their information via auto populate so that I know who is opening the email and who is responding.

    Is this possible to do?

I found it difficult to autopopulate the form with each user's information without having the user manually doing it.

You can embed the form and make it all transparent, but there is simply no way to know which user would click on the button, unless you will embed your form in multiple webpages, and you will share the specific URL to the page to each user, then you can embed the form URL parameters: https://www.jotform.com/help/71-Prepopulating-Fields-to-Your-JotForm-via-URL-Parameters

I know the form itself could be manipulated to look invisible. However is there a way to have auto populated fields be invisible as well, so that the user does not see that their information is getting submitted?

There is a way to populate the data in the form, but how are you planning to obtain each users data? Do you already have their data?
