How come my text field is not showing in the email but only when I check JotForm?

    I have a test field with about 250 words on it.  It's not showing with the email.  Please advise.

    Try resetting the email and the new field(s) should be added automatically.

    1. Open your form on Form Builder and Click on "Email Alerts",

    2. Click on Notification email and then click "Delete Email" button at the bottom,

    3. Click on "Email Alerts" again but this time click on "Add New Email", then follow steps.
