How can I prevent automated submissions?

I was investigating how I could stop submissions by automated processes e.g. robots. 

I notice that in the settings area you can set a limit as to the number of submissions but wondered if there was another way to prevent this.

No biggie - One way to prevent automated submissions (e.g. spam, robots, etc.) is to add a Captcha Field to your form.
