the embedded form is NOT showing the currently saved version

    Hi

    stuartcohen is my login

    First time issue:

    Updated the NEW Jamaica Group Order Form

    Saved, saved saved again

    Within Jotform it previews perfect

    After embedded, shows the old version

    Even if you are logged into Jotform, and ask to see a preview of the saved form, as it would look if embedded, that still shows the old form. Therefore I have to conclude this is a jotform issue, not an issue with my web site .. 

    I gave you here the link where the order form appears, see the group order form on the right.

    I made changes to the first option: Montego Bay to Sunset Beach

    We apologize for the inconveniences.  Please change the iframe embed source code of your page from:

    I apologize for the inconvenience but our site was experiencing some lag not too long ago due to high volumes of users on JotForm but it should have cleared up as of now.  I have checked your form and it appears to be working fine again and again I am sorry for the problem that this may have caused.

    Please let us know if it continues.

    Hello,
    Customers are reporting the conditions are not working
    they are jumping to a http// and nothing else
    I am having difficulty - forms are not loading properly, timely

    Hi, temporary issues are resolved. Please try accessing again your JotForm My Forms and check your form that had this issue earlier.

    Hi, no not really fixed.
    I am having to go through every SAVED condition and re-save.
    Every single form that I have requires this to work.
    I just did the form on barbadosforaday.com and here is error message:
    Oops!
    Error on query: INSERT INTO `answers` (`form_id`, `submission_id`, `question_id`, `value`) VALUES(2661813234, '219178907361201527', 34, 'Hilton Barbados Hotel')
    Error returned:Lock wait timeout exceeded; try restarting transaction
    This is still a major glitch

    Well, i cannot get the order from on barbadosforaday.com to work
    even after saving the conditions, i continue to get this error message, and it is going to a chartbeat.net site??:

    Can you please try closing the browser, clear its cache and logged in back to JotForm?

    Hello,
    Apparently it works inconsistently
    I just received this from a client:
    "I am trying to register for my family to go the Sunset Beach for our upcoming cruise. The form will not submit - can you help me with this?"
    I did what you said and sometimes it works, sometimes not, but it is very slow
    Can I possibly be the only user having this problem??
    This is dreadful to my business

    OK now WORSE NEWS
    all of my conditions are GONE
    "redirect undefined"
    THIS IS ABSOLUTELY AWFUL

    Stuart,

    I could see this problem on a clone of your "New Jamaica Group Order Form"

    I am not sure what had happened here though.

    Can you describe what could be the latest steps of modification done on the form? Was there a deleted field or label changed?

    Rework will be a lot easier if you have a cloned copy of this form... we can just re-use that.

    Thank you for the confirmation and details.

    I will elevate this to our Next Level Support for further investigation. I am sorry, I had run out of idea what could have transpired within the level that I can see.

    The most I can suggest for now is a redo of the 'undefined' URL... you will have to manually input them again.

    You will be informed as soon as our Next Level support have update/fix about this.
