Hello,
I clicked the change credit card link and it opened a shopping cart page for me to 'purchase' jotform, I exited the form because I have already paid for the upcoming year.
How can I change what CC is used on my account?

Since you're BlueSnap as payment processor you will need to log in on your BlueSnap account in order to change the payment method.

Once you have your Bluesnap username from that billing statement, you can use it to log in to bluesnap and update your credit card information. Here is more information on how to do so:
There is a password reset link in the billing statement near the username.
