    Licensing options questions:

Asked by jaycw7 on September 12, 2012 at 03:43 PM

Is the licensing method less prone to bugs and problems than the regular, monthly version?  How much customization is possible using this method?  Also, since the forms are not stored on Jotform's servers, does the back office dashboard look the same, or no?

I found them thanks.  It displays two different prices; $450 and $900.  Above each number respectively, it says User: 100 and 1000.  Does this mean that the $450 option allows for 100 user and the $900 option allows for 1000 users?

Are there any other differences between the options?

Also, the many of my forms are going to be for taking payments in which we need to limit the number of submissions and restrict dates and times available.  I have seen quite a few quirky bugs and problems with my forms and in the forums and to be honest, I am getting a bit hesitant because we simply cannot have any issues when people are trying to purchase something.  Is this licensed version more reliable?  What kind of support is available aside from the free first 3 months of support?  Also, what is the money back guarantee or is there one?  I'd hate to drop that much money only to have problems 1,2,3 months in and find out its just not feasible and be out that kind of cash.
