Form over quota This form has exceeded its allocated quota.

I had to apply for an art market last night which is due November 12th and tried to upload photos onto the form. Some attached  but others didn't so I thought I'd leave the tab open till the morning. My computer also did updates last night. 

I opened the tab this morning and it said "Form over quota: This form has exceeded its allocated quota".

I hadn't had an account with JotForm until now.

I need to access that form. Help.

This happens when the account has reached the allowed limits, the forms owner already took the necessary actions and the form is active now.
