How can I receive only the filled fields instead of the full form?

    If you look at it you see there are many sections to select an order for a DVD of game.

    When the selection is made and sale sent to have order filled.... is there a way to only receive the one section of the order and not the full page showing all the empty sections?

    I hope I have made myself clear enough for you. I'm not sure I understand it.... only kidding of course I know.

    Yes, it's possible to do it, please check this guide that will help you hiding the empty fields on your form: https://www.jotform.com/help/256-How-to-Hide-Empty-Fields-on-Email-Alerts 

    If you're referring to the PDF report of each submission, you could do it on the submissions page, click on the gear icon and make sure the "Auto hide empty fields" is checked:
