I want to avail 50% non-profit discount.

last 2-days before i sent request to upgrade our account on 50% discount.

I also submitted the form but there is no response from your side.

Please accept my previous submitted application and allow me to avail this opportunity.

I did check our record and found that you have applied for non-profit discount but our backend team has not approved your application. It seems you have only shared your trade licence which does not show any non-profit status.

For your application to be approved, I would suggest you to please apply for the discount again and add the 990 or 501 c3 form: https://www.jotform.com/nonprofit/pricing
