What is going on please? We just perfected some forms on Jot Form and sent them out to our first clients.
The form links are now showing an error message saying "form disabled" and we've been locked out of our account!

Your account is currently suspended. I saw that your forms are asking for credit card information.
Please note that obtaining credit cards sensitive information and asking for login credentials are not allowed. These activities are considered Phishing. It is against to our terms of usage.
Please remove those fields in order to re-activate your account. Please use our integrated payment tools instead.
