    Hi,

I want to get a copy of the database up to 30/08/17 on the following form https://form.jotform.com/53105540726954 without the new changes being reflected in the download. i.e. doing a time period download in the submissions section.

If I go to revision history, revert back to an older version, will this then update on the database? If so, can I then revert back to my current version and database.

I just need a download of the old database for audit purposes.

    Please respond ASAP.

    Regards,

    Martin.

If you are referring to the database of submissions, if you have not removed any fields from the form all records should be intact and you should be able to download it just fine. Downloading the submissions should show all that you are looking for.  However, if you have removed fields, you should revert to an old version of the form when the field exist.

Please note that if you remove a field, the submission data which is related to that field is merely suppressed from being downloaded. It does not update the database at all. So recovering the field will allow you to have the option to download the information related to that field.

After reverting, you should be able to download the submissions through the submissions page. You can check this guide to know more: https://www.jotform.com/help/73-How-to-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF
