I have forms from another account in my account

Someone else made a form for us using their account. 

We then opened our own account and have been producing our own forms,

however the job application forms produced by the other party are showing in my account.

The forms that you see are the forms shared to you. Those forms you see are currently owned by the account cynnig. It seems that the user cynnig has also shared the Job Application Forms to your account. To see the forms you have created on your account, just click on the My Forms tab above the Shared with you label.
