Sending a Survey after form Submission in Jotform

I have a form that I created which works well https://form.jotform.com/72731762084155 

is there a way to send the person that submitted the form a short survey which is a different form the day after the submitted form was submitted?

I understand that you want to send the user with another form/survey after submitting the form. Is that correct? If so, you may provide the link to the survey form in the autoresponder that will be sent to the user. Alternatively, you may also redirect the user directly to the survey form using the option 'Redirect to External link' from the Thank you page settings.
