How to customize the PDF with customer data?

Hello Team JotForm,

I would like to develop a form for my customers so that my customers automatically receive an offer.

After submitting the form, my clients should automatically receive a PDF on my business letter layout. The PDF must be generated in my layout. In the PDF the address of the customer, the offer-date, the salutation (for example Dear Mr. Meyer) etc. must be set correctly.

Here my questions:

a) How can the PDF be designed in my letter layout?

b) How to create the form so that all data is set correctly in the PDF?

Do you have any ideas?

Please note that the once you customize your submission PDF template, you do not have to do anything. The data will automatically be displayed in submission PDF.
