Can I create a "log" within my jotform that details actions that have already been carried out with the form?

Here's an example of what I mean:

Imagine I have a Jotform that has a field in it that says "Send Email to Client", and the jotform is set up to send an email to a client when that field is selected, and when the submit button is clicked.

Next time I come back to the form (via the edit submission button) is there a way that this event can be logged, perhaps at the top of the jotform, to say "Email sent to client already"?

E.g. a text field saying "Email send to client already" that is normally hidden, but it changes to visible once two conditions are met:

    1. Send Email to Client is selected AND 2. The submit button has been clicked (i.e. the email has actually been triggered, as opposed to the box just being ticked and then left)

    Thank you.

Unfortunately no. It is not possible to achieve your requirement.

Please note that submission emails are set after the form is submitted. Even if we add same/similar condition to show a text field which we add to send submission email, the text field will be disabled before the form is submitted. It is not possible to check from backend dynamically and trigger condition.

Though you can manually check your account email history:  https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History
