How to change the form layout?

    Hello

    I have some problem with my form https://form.jotform.co/73098334847871 . When we try to fill it by using a phone it is not easy to use and not convenient we can not either validate the form.
    While as when I am using this one https://form.jotform.co/60344819344861 it works properly and easy to use.
    I would like to know if it is possible to convert the format of this one https://form.jotform.co/73098334847871 to this one https://form.jotform.co/60344819344861 .
