How do I best reduce the amount of stored data on our account?

How do I best reduce the amount of stored data on our account? We back every up via Google Docs, so I don't feel we need to pay for storage on Jot Form.

Are you referring to the Storage space of your account? if so, the storage space can be cleared only by deleting the submissions that are uploaded with files.
