Hi, I have tried to access the website for the past two days and it is having trouble uploading my submissions. Is the website experiencing trouble loading items?

We haven't receive any major notice regarding submission issues.
However, I have cleared your form caches. Can you please try and observe and see if you are still having issue ?
I have tested a submission on your form and it seems to have submitted successfully.
