Hi
Link to the petition: https://form.jotform.us/FBLV/TAT-equal-voting-rights
I am receiving several e-mails from people who signed the petition and cannot see who they are because I don't have the activation key. My e-mail address fblvote@gmail.com I am attaching a screenshot of the e-mails.
Thanks Antonella

If you don't have the private key there is no way for you to decrypt your data. May I suggest you try and locate it. Its usually called "jotform.key" and located in your Downloads folder.
In the event that you cannot find your private key I'm afraid there is nothing we can do to decrypt your data. We don't store a copy of your key on our servers.
If you are certain you cannot obtain your private key the only option you have is to disable encryption on your form. Your old data will remain encrypted. But new submissions will not be encrypted.

I'm not sure what you are asking. Can you please be more specific?
You can provide a screenshot
How to Post Screenshots to Our Support Forum
If its asking you to save your private key. You can download it to your "Downloads" folder.

Hi - I received the jotform.key by e-mail, when I try to download it, here is what I get:
The system will automatically save it as a word document, which I'm sure is a mistake. under WHAT PROGRAM do I save it as, so that I can view the replies we have received to our petition?
Thanks Toni

You may save it as a text file and then change the extension, to get the key working it should be ".key" instead of ".txt" (which is the extension for text files).

You should be able to save the file without opening it. Just hit save file, then ok.
If it asks for a location, then save it to your "Downloads" folder
If its not working you could try opening it with notepad and saving it as "jotform.key".

Notepad is not saving security key as jotform.key, no matter how many times I try, it will save as "jotform" I am still unable to see replies from people who signed the petition. I posted a print screen here, hopefully, it will come through. Thanks Toni

Hi there, I was able to download the jotform.key on my husband's computer and view some of the replies (we have over 90) I received by e-mail (I use gmail), but most came through blank. I refreshed my browser, just in case, that didn't work. I am attaching some screen shots here to show you what I mean. Thanks for all the help, by the way. I am slowly getting there....
These are the print screens, the one above is the blank screen I receive by e-mail to alert someone signed the petition and the one below when I can check on the response. thanks.
