I've only had two submissions, but it was showing that there were four. Two of them had no info - they were just blank. I don't want them to be included

To delete a particular submission in your form from its submissions page, please check the screenshot below:

I only see 3 submissions in your form when I checked it. Perhaps you've managed to remove the other blank submission already. However if, in any case, I have misunderstood your concern, please feel free to let us know.

I did delete on of them, so I do understand that, but it is my understanding that I'm only allowed 100 monthly submissions and I don't want the two that were blank to count against me. Also, what are "monthly form views"?

I'm not sure if you made it on purpose, but none of the fields in your form is set as required that is why the form can be submitted with fields left unfilled.

I have checked the total monthly submission count in your form and I see that it now shows 4 submissions and I also see 4 submissions stored in your form. You can delete the only remaining blank submission in your form and we can adjust your monthly submission limit for you for this time only.

Please understand that test submission are also counted against your account's monthly submissions.

As for the Form View limit, it is the number of times your form(s) is viewed/accessed. There are instances where the form is loaded/viewed/accessed but it doesn't count against your Form View limits. To learn more, please see this guide — Form-View-Limits: What-Is-It-All-About
