Is there a way to import forms from WaiverKing ?

I am currently using waiverking and it's being canceled as I'm no longer using software associated with waiverking. Is there a way to import my forms from there to jotform? or do you offer a service that you can pay to have forms created?

Unfortunately you cannot import form from waiverking to Jotform. We do not offer service to create the form for you, but we can help you create it for FREE.
