I've got an open ticket (that I've solved myself with a workaround) and I placed a new ticket a couple of days ago but have stopped receiving notifications from Support. I can see that someone was working on my recent request because some test forms were filled in, but I don't know how to access that ticket online to see if there's a reply and I haven't had any notifications by email. Pls let me know what's going on?
