Hello, I'd like ask how my employee can download the app and what he should login with? he's on as a user for some forms, but want him to get the notifications and use the app as our leads come in to see them quickly, but it asks him to create an account, can you tell me how he can download the app and use it as i do currently (im the admin).

You can ask him to download the JotForm app on Google Play or on the App Store.
The app does not automatically create accounts for a user. The user has to create an account for himself in order to have access on his account via the app. But if you would like them to get notified of submissions from the forms you have created, you will have to provide them your account information.
Alternatively, you can ask them to create their own accounts and then make them your sub-users. You can then share forms with them and it should do the same for notifications. the subuser email address right?

If he is a sub-user of yours, he can download the JotForm application and login with that email and receive notifications.
